Use of Services

Surteum AI provides software platforms, analytics workflows, and automation tools for business operations. Customers must use the Services in accordance with U.S. law, contractual data rights, and applicable industry regulations.

Account Security Obligations

You are responsible for access controls, credential protection, endpoint security, and timely reporting of suspected misuse. Surteum AI may suspend access to protect platform integrity and customer data.

Core Legal Terms

Intellectual Property

Surteum AI retains rights in platform code, models, workflows, and documentation. Customers retain rights in Customer Data and customer-owned business outputs as defined by contract.

Payment and Subscription

Fees, billing cycles, taxes, and renewal mechanics are set in Order Forms or Master Service Agreements. Non-payment may result in suspension after written notice.

Warranties Disclaimer

Except as expressly stated in signed agreements, Services are provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by U.S. law.

Limitation of Liability

Neither party is liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages. Aggregate liability is limited as stated in the governing commercial agreement.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Dispute Resolution
Disputes are resolved through binding arbitration under the U.S. Federal Arbitration Act and AAA Commercial Rules, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Venue for Exceptions
For claims not subject to arbitration, exclusive venue is in state or federal courts located in Delaware.
Export Compliance
Customers must comply with U.S. export control and sanctions laws, including restrictions on prohibited jurisdictions and parties.
